Proverbs 9:10 states that “The Fear of The Lord” is the beginning of wisdom. What does it mean to “Fear The Lord?” it means that we revere Him in awe and respect; We bow to him in recognition that not only is He Lord of our lives–which mean we see Him as the one who has ultimate authority over life and we seek to obey His commands—but we also see him as the sovereign ruler over all things and over all people.
As Christians in this world we are tempted frequently to fear men by whom persecution for our faith comes. Persecution comes in many forms; it can manifest itself in forms of physical harm, slander, undermining or teasing - the list goes on and on.
But there’s nothing for us to fear. God is the all knowing and all-powerful ruler of all men. But He is also our father in which we are in intimate relationship with. God is for us (Rom 8:31) and cares for us as His children. Because of this we do not have to fear man but we can place all of our hope in Christ who is Lord over all. Jesus reminds us “…do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell” (Matt 10:28).
For us as Natives, our fear for God far outweighs the fear of man and we seek to please God more than we please man. So as you rock your new fly “no fear denim” jacket remember the words of the psalmist in (Psalm 118:6): “The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

I love everything about Natives, from the clothes, to the music, to the podcast, and most of all the motivation behind everything y’all do; To Give God Alone The Glory!!! Y’all really inspire me with all y’all are doing and how you guys are mixing faith with culture with out compromise. And the product you guys produce is actually of great quality, because honestly sometimes Christian things can tend to be not the best quality. But Native Supply, Native Speaks, and Native North I think are doing something unprecedented and I hope y’all continue to produce and put out high quality material that glorifies the lord above all else and inspires people all around the world. Im young but I love what you guys are doing and hope in the future if it’s God’s will start my own business. Thank you guys for being true to yourselves and your faith.
